Originally from northern France and a resident of southern Portugal for over a decade, Julie decided in 2021 to create her own brand, combining her knowledge of the local market with an international approach.
The name Duin reflects her origins: Duinkerke, which means ‘Church in the Dunes’, symbolising identity, solidity and connection to her roots.

Based in Vila Real de Santo António, Duin Imobiliária operates mainly in the Algarve region. Over the last two years, the company has expanded its area of operation nationwide, with a presence in the regions of Lisbon, Setúbal and Sintra, as well as across the border in Spain, namely in Ayamonte, Villablanca and Huelva.
